Study on the Preliminary Design of the Neutron Poison System of the Criticality Experiment Device

  • 摘要: 为解决钚溶液临界实验装置中子毒物系统初步方案设计中毒物棒布置灵活性和装置密封性的关键难题,本文基于磁吸控制方式,提出了磁吸式无接触布置中子毒物棒的临界实验装置初步设计方案,该方案能够在完全密封无接触的情况下,实现有棒、无棒、不同数量、不同材质、不同排列、不同高度的中子毒物棒布置方案,可以有效解决开展钚溶液带中子毒物棒的临界实验时的放射性气溶胶密封问题、变更中子毒物棒布置的精度不足等问题,相对于传统方法具有较大优势,为开展该类实验装置的详细设计提供了可行思路。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the key problem of the flexibility of the arrangement of the poison rods and the sealing of the device in the preliminary design of the neutron poison system of the plutonium criticality experiment device, and based on the magnetic suction control method, a preliminary design for the criticality experiment device for the magnetic suction non-contact arrangement of the neutron poison rods is proposed in this paper, which can realize the arrangement scheme of neutron poison rods, with or without rods, with different numbers,different materials, different arrangement, and different heights under the condition of completely sealed and without contact, which can effectively solve the problem of radioactive aerosol sealing in criticality experiments with neutron poison rods in the plutonium solution and insufficient accuracy of changing the arrangement of neutron poison rods. Compared with traditional methods, the scheme has great advantages, and can provide feasible ideas for the detailed design of such experimental devices.
