Fault Analysis of the Speed Control System of Emergency Diesel Generator Sets in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 核电厂应急柴油发电机组调速系统作为安全级应急电源的频率控制系统的核心部分,对柴油发电机组的转速、功率等参数进行控制,确保其稳定运行和相应安全功能的执行至关重要。本文以某核电厂的应急柴油发电机组调速系统为例,结合典型的故障案例,对调速系统的功能定位、控制原理、工作模式等进行分析,并提出了合理可行的解决方案,同时可以为同类核电及其他发电项目提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The speed control system of the emergency diesel generator(EDG) in nuclear power plant is the core control component of the engine. In order to guarantee the stable operation and related safety function, the control to the speed and power input of the engine is very important. In this paper, taking the speed governor of the EDG sets in the nuclear power plant as an example, combing withe the typical fault cases, the function, control principle and operation mode are analyzed. A reasonable and feasible solution is put forward, which can provide reference for similar nuclear power projects and others.
