“华龙一号”首堆核岛布置设计

Layout Design of the Nuclear Island of the FOAK HPR1000

  • 摘要: “华龙一号”作为我国具有自主知识产权的三代核电机组,首堆采用了单堆布置,核岛厂房配置及总体布置进行了大量创新。本文首先提出了核岛布置设计原则及要求,然后结合“华龙一号”特点,详细论述了“华龙一号”首堆核岛布置设计思路及成果。核岛布置设计主要包括核岛主厂房配置及总体布置、主系统布置、专设安全系统及严重事故应对措施布置及主要辅助系统布置设计。通过“华龙一号”首堆布置设计,使“华龙一号”达到创新、安全、便利以及经济的目的,为“华龙一号”后续机型及我国其他核电机组研发积累了宝贵经验,奠定了技术基础,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: As a third-generation nuclear power plant with independent intellectual property rights in China, the FOAK HPR1000 has adopted a single reactor layout and made a lot of innovations in the configuration and general layout of nuclear island. This paper first puts forward the principles and requirements of nuclear island layout design, and then combined with the characteristics of HPR1000, the process and results of the nuclear island layout design of the FOAK HPR1000 are discussed in details. The nuclear island layout design mainly includes the configuration and overall layout of main buildings, the layout of main systems, the layout of special safety systems and serious accident response measures and the layout of the main auxiliary system. Through this design, the FOAK HPR1000 has achieved the purpose of innovation, safety, convenience and economy, accumulated valuable experience and laid a technical foundation for the R&D of subsequent models of HPR1000 and other nuclear power plants in China, and has good social and economic benefits.
