圆管通道内过热蒸汽流动换热特性实验研究

Experimental Investigation on the Heat Transfer Characteristics of Superheated Steam in the Tube Channel

  • 摘要: 单相蒸汽流动换热模型是失水事故分析程序中的关键模型之一。本文开展了失水事故再淹没阶段圆管通道过热蒸汽流动换热实验研究,雷诺数范围为2.78×103~1.84×105。实验测量获得壁面温度、蒸汽质量流量、进出口温度等参数,分析了雷诺数对过热蒸汽换热的影响。实验结果表明:在同一轴向位置处,流体局部传热系数和Nusselt数随雷诺数的增大而增大,并基于实验数据建立了相应的传热特性实验关联式。

     

    Abstract: The heat transfer characteristics of superheated steam are critical for the development of the LOCA analysis code. In this work, experimental investigation on heat transfer characteristics of superheated steam in the tube channel during reflooding phase was conducted with Reynolds number ranging from 2.78×103 to 1.84×105. The parameters including wall temperature, mass flow rate, inlet and outlet temperatures of steam were measured experimentally. Based on experimental data, the effects of Reynolds number on heat transfer characteristics of superheated steam were analyzed.The results show that the local heat transfer coefficient and Nusselt number increased with Reynolds number. Besides, the corresponding heat transfer correlations were also obtained in this study.
