Design of State Monitoring System of the NNBI Power System Based on WinCC

  • 摘要: 本论文设计了基于WinCC的负离子源中性束注入(NNBI)装置电源监控系统以实现对NNBI运行状态的实时监控。该系统针对多种型号PLC控制器通过单边通信和Modbus通信协议进行系统集成,以WinCC组态软件作为平台开发人机界面,为实验运行人员提供了一个操作方便、交互友好、性能稳定的系统状态监控和诊断手段,为NNBI实验稳定可靠运行提供必需的保障。

     

    Abstract: To realize the real-time monitoring of the operation state of the negative ion-based neutral beam injection system(NNBI), an NNBI power supply monitoring system is designed in this paper. The system integrates various types of PLC controllers through unilateral and Modbus communication protocols. A man-machine interface is developed as a platform based on the WinCC configuration software. The monitoring system provides a convenient, friendly,and stable way for experimental operators to monitor and diagnose the state of the NNBI power system. It provides necessary guarantee for the smooth development of the NNBI experiment.
