基于车载中控系统的辐射环境监测车设计

Design of Radiation Environment Monitoring Vehicle Based on IVI

  • 摘要: 为快速灵活大范围探测核设施周围辐射环境,设计一台辐射环境监测车,该核辐射环境监测车在现有车辆上安装多个可独立工作的探测器,使用现有车载中控系统完成主要功能。探测器采用四川新先达测控技术有限公司生产的一体式智能探测器,将该探测器生成的数字能谱数据通过CAN总线接入汽车娱乐中。设计汽车中控系统的软件,软件包含两部分,MCU部分用于解析探测器数据并转发给CPU,CPU部分用于实现主要功能,如显示能谱,自动寻峰,识别核素,描绘出测量轨迹曲线及辐射强度分布图等。在实际路况下进行了测试,测试结果表明:系统可以稳定运行,能显示实时测量谱线图,能描绘出行车轨迹及辐射强度分布图,达到辐射环境监测的目的。

     

    Abstract: Nuclear radiation monitoring vehicle is an important part of nuclear emergency work. A nuclear radiation environment monitoring vehicle is designed, which integrates the detector and the vehicle as a whole to detect the radiation environment around large nuclear facilities quickly and flexibly. This study is based on the existing vehicle installation of multiple independent working detectors, access to the vehicle network through CAN bus,modify the current vehicle multimedia system software to complete the functions: real-time data collection, spectrum display, automatic peak finding, nuclide identification, radiation intensity distribution map, etc. The experimental results show that the system can run stably,display the real-time spectrum diagram, and draw the driving track and radiation intensity distribution diagram. This design can be used for radiation mobile inspection, environmental radiation monitoring and other fields.
