“华龙一号”主蒸汽隔离阀阀体尺寸超差处理方案的研究

Study on the Corrective Action to Dimension Deviation in the Body Castings of HPR1000 MSIV

  • 摘要: 针对某核电站主蒸汽隔离阀阀体尺寸不满足技术规格书要求的不符合项,提出“阀体与管道内表面无错边组对焊接,外表面平滑过渡焊接”的处理方案。首先,分析对阀门整体结构和功能的影响、开展阀体端部超差区域力学分析;其次,主蒸汽管线上饱和蒸汽管道即超级管道与阀门相连,对于阀门端部与超级管道的焊接,依据阀门内外径不同进行超级管道和阀门端部坡口的加工,外表面过渡焊接的焊缝斜率≤1:4,制定特殊的焊接工艺,确定整套无损检验方案,包括焊前对阀门端部和超级管道的坡口、焊接过程中、最终完成后进行的无损检验;另外,在正式产品进行焊接的同时,同步进行焊接见证件的制作,并对见证件焊缝开展理化检验,以验证此焊缝的各方面性能满足技术规范和标准的要求。

     

    Abstract: To deal with the non-conformance of dimension deviation that the inside/outside radius of the inlet and outlet not meeting the specification in the body castings of main steam isolation valve in some nuclear power plant, the corrective action of “transition welding between outside surfaces of MSIV and pipe” is proposed. As to this corrective action, analyses including the overall MSIV structure and function and stress analysis of the deviation area in the butt-weld ends are conducted. Then, to the special welding between the butt of the MSIV and the pipe, the bevel of valve is the same as the pipe side within the current thickness, while the slope of external surface after transition welding is less than 1:4. In addition, a complete set of NDT scheme is determined, including NDT for the groove of the valve butt and pipe before, during and after the transition welding. In the meantime, the production weld test coupon is made simultaneously, and the physical and chemical inspection should be carried out so as to verify whether the performance of the weld meets the requirements of technical specifications.
