用于控制系统现场调试的核电汽轮机仿真模型研究

摘要: 为实现对CPR1000核电汽轮机控制系统快速且安全的现场调试,建立了基于RELAP5程序的汽轮机仿真模型以替代实际汽轮机设备。计算结果表明,汽轮机模型在满功率稳态工况下的主要参数计算值与实际机组运行数据之间的误差满足要求;在线性升降功率、负荷阶跃变化、甩负荷等动态工况下的主要参数计算结果与实际机组运行数据变化趋势一致,说明所建立的汽轮机仿真模型可以替代实际CPR1000核电汽轮机与控制系统连接,完成对汽轮机控制系统控制逻辑正确性的定性调试。Abstract: In order to realize rapid and safe field commissioning of the CPR1000 steam turbine control system, a simulation model of the steam turbine based on the RELAP5 code is established to replace the actual steam turbine equipment. The calculation results show that the errors between the calculated values of main parameters of the established steam turbine model and the actual operation data meet the requirements. The calculation results of main parameters under dynamic conditions such as linear load change, step load change and load rejection are consistent with the change trend of actual operation data, which indicates the established steam turbine simulation model can replace the actual CPR1000 steam turbine to connect with the control system and complete the qualitative field commissioning of the correctness of the control logic of the steam turbine control system.
