核电厂钢制安全壳泄漏率测试系统的开发与验证

Development and Verification of Steel Containment Vessel Leakage Rate Testing System of Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 针对核电厂钢制安全壳泄漏率测试的要求,设计与开发了一套基于LabVIEW软件平台及Compact-RIO嵌入设备的泄漏率测试系统。系统采用了全数字化通讯、RS-485总线技术、采集与分析分离等技术,简化了系统了设计,提高了拓展性及可靠性,并在AP1000钢制安全壳整体泄漏率试验中应用与验证,现场验证表明:系统稳定可靠、计算结果准确可信,可满足钢制安全壳泄漏率测量的要求。系统已在国内AP1000机组役前及在役钢制安全壳整体泄漏率试验中得到了成功应用。

     

    Abstract: According to the requirements of steel containment vessel leakage test of nuclear power plant, the integrated leakage rate testing system which is based on the LabVEIW software platform and the Compact-RIO embedded system is developed. The design of system is simplified using digital communication, RS-485 bus, separation of collection and analysis,by which the system is simplified and the reliability and extensibility are enhanced. The system is used and verified in the steel containment vessel integrated leakage rate test of AP1000 nuclear power plant, the field test and verification show that the system has stale and reliable operation, high accuracy of calculation and measurement, and can meet the requirements of integrated leakage rate test. The system have already used in all steel containment vessel integrated leakage rate test of domestic AP1000 NPPs.
