Purex流程中酸度对锆钌净化的影响
Effect of Acidity on Purification of Zirconium and Ruthenium in the Purex Process

摘要: 在保证Purex流程中钌高净化效率的基础上,尽量提高锆的去污效率,以优化Purex流程去污工艺。本文通过搭建台架试验平台,采用多级萃取方式,模拟Purex流程中共去污过程,开展了1AF酸度和1AS酸度对铀锆钌在流程中的分布情况及对锆钌去污效果的影响研究。研究结果表明:提高1AF酸度不利于锆的去污,有利于钌的去污;提高1AS酸度可以加强锆钌的洗涤,有利于锆钌的去污。30℃条件下,当1A槽采用3.5mol/L硝酸进料,3mol/L硝酸洗涤时,铀的回收率达99.9%,锆的去污系数达30.38,钌的去污系数达8.69。Abstract: On the basis of ensuring high purification efficiency of ruthenium in the Purex process,the decontamination efficiency of zirconium should be improved as much as possible to optimize the decontamination process of the Purex process.In this paper,a bench test platform was built to simulate the decontamination process of the Purex process by multi-stage extraction.The effects of IAF acidity and IAS acidity on the distribution of uranium,zirconium and ruthenium in the process and the decontamination effect of zirconium and ruthenium were studied.The results indicate that increasing the acidity of IAF is not conducive to the decontamination of zirconium,but is beneficial to the decontamination of ruthenium,and increasing the acidity of IAs can strengthen the washing of zirconium and ruthenium,which is beneficial to the decontamination of zirconium and ruthenium.At 30℃,when 1 AF was fed with 3.5 mol/l nitric acid and IAS was scrubbing with 3 mol/L nitric acid in the 1 A mixer-settler,the recovery of uranium reached 99.9 %,the decontamination coefficient of zirconium reached 30.38,and that of ruthenium reached 8.69.
