Lectotype of Resin and Application Tracking Evaluation of the Primary Loop Purification Bed in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 核电厂一回路一些系统或某些工况下存在的氧化性环境,是导致一回路净化床树脂失效的主要原因之一。本文针对核电站一回路净化床树脂使用时间偏短,树脂抗氧化性能不够理想的情况,从机理上分析梳理了树脂在使用中劣化的原理,采用试验对比了一些树脂的关键性能参数,并结合现场系统实际应用,优选出树脂交换容量更大,交联度更大,抗氧化性能更好,更适合核电厂一回路使用的树脂。

     

    Abstract: The oxidation environment under different working condition in the primary loop of nuclear power plant is one of the main reasons for resin failure in the cleanup bed.According to some outstanding problems of current primary loop purification bed resin of nuclear power plant, including short service life and bad antioxidant properties, the performance of different resins were compared through a lot of experiments. Combined with system test on factory site, the purification bed resin-more suitable for primary loop use-is screened out, which has a longer service life, high cross-linking degree and better oxidation resistance performance.
