核电厂电仪机柜间风管布置研究

Study on the Air Duct Arrangement in Cabinet Rooms of Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 电仪机柜间一般集中布置在核电厂的监督区内。在核电厂的总体布置方案形成过程中,受限于机组经济性指标、核岛总体布局、构筑物层高以及系统物项分布等因素限制,电仪机柜间的尺寸往往受限。本文根据机柜间的集中布置形式将其分为串联布置和并列布置,并针对两种布置形式下的典型布置方案进行风管规划,给出了机柜间风管无交叠布置方法。

     

    Abstract: Cabinet rooms in nuclear plants are generally centralized arranged in the supervised area. Due to the economic index of the unit, the general layout of the nuclear island, the storey height of structures and item distribution, the size of cabinet rooms have limitations during the nuclear plants general arrangement of nuclear power plant. According to layout features of cabinet rooms, two layout types, including the serial layout and the parallel layout, are proposed in this article. Arrangements of air ducts are made in both layout types and an arrangement method of non-overlapping ducts is obtained.
