某核电厂汽辅泵管线异常振动机理研究

Study on the Abnormal Vibration Mechanism of the Pipeline of the Auxiliary Feedwater Turbine Driven Pump in a Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 汽辅泵是核电厂的安全专设设施之一,实现在极限工况下利用非能动的方式,应急向二回路的蒸汽发生器供水。某电厂汽辅泵管线振动是国内首次发现,本文通过分析汽辅泵管线异常振动机理,提出了造成管线振动假设,并通过数据测试分析、有限元仿真及实验研究验证了上述假设,提出相应改进措施后,彻底解决了管线异常振动问题。

     

    Abstract: The auxiliary feedwater turbine driven pump is one of the engineered safety features of nuclear power plant,which can supply water to the steam generator of the secondary circuit in a passive way under extreme conditions. The vibration of the pipeline of the auxiliary feedwater turbine driven pump in a nuclear power plant was found first time in China. Based on the analysis of the abnormal vibration mechanism of the steam auxiliary pump pipeline,a hypothesis of causing pipeline vibration was put forward. The hypothesis was verified by data test and analysis,the finite element simulation and experimental study. After the corresponding improvement measures were put forward,the problem of abnormal pipeline vibration was completely solved.
