  • 摘要: 具有世界先进水平的某型三代压水堆核电机组,其反应堆是用来维持可控自持链式核裂变反应、以实现核能利用的装置,而反应堆内部构件是确保反应堆能够正常维持可控核裂变反应的重要核心部件,具有安装工艺流程复杂、技术难度大、安装精度高的特点。堆内构件安装工艺流程优化研究成果作为国家科技重大专项课题的研究成果之一,依据三代压水堆堆内构件的结构特点、基本功能和安装技术要求,对其安装工艺流程进行优化改进,从而实现了安装工艺流程的简化,安装精度和施工效率的提高、施工周期的缩短、施工成本减少的目的,同时为后续三代大型先进压水堆堆内构件安装提供了良好的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: For a certain third-generation PWR NPP with world advanced level, its reactor is a facility which used to maintain controlled, self-sustaining nuclear fission chain reaction and realize nuclear energy utilization, while the reactor internals is a key component to ensure that the reactor can maintain controlled fission reaction. The reactor internals features complex installation process, considerable technical difficulties and high installation accuracy. As one of the results of the major national science and technology project, the installation process of reactor internals is improved according to the structural features, fundamental functions and installation technical requirements of reactor intervals of third-generation PWR, thereby simplifying the installation process, enhancing installation accuracy and construction effectiveness, shortening the construction period, reducing construction costs and providing good reference for the installation of internals of follow-up large advanced third-generation PWRs.
