乙醇胺对蒸汽发生器排污电离除盐膜堆性能的影响研究

Influence of Ethanolamine on the Performance of Steam Generator Blowdown Electrodeionization

  • 摘要: 采用电离除盐膜堆(EDI)净化核电厂蒸汽发生器排污水具有诸多优点,目前排污EDI运行经验均基于氨(NH3)运行。本文开展研究了乙醇胺(ETA)及其热解产物对EDI运行参数及净化性能的影响。结果表明,进水增加ETA及热解产物不会对EDI运行压差造成明显变化,但EDI运行电阻有增大趋势,会提升运行能耗,EDI产水电阻率会明显降低,工程应用需调整系统对应的报警值。ETA的添加相比纯NH3工况,虽然EDI对Na+、Cl-、SO42-的去除率略有下降,但出水水质依然满足核电厂运行控制要求。

     

    Abstract: Purification of steam generator blowdown by electrodeionization(EDI) has several advantages. The current steam generator blowdown EDI operation experience is based on using NH3 as pH control agent. The influence of using ETA and it’s decomposition products on the performance of EDI is studied in this paper. The results show that adding ETA in EDI inlet water would not cause significant changes in operating pressure difference of EDI. But the resistivity of EDI product water significant decreases and the EDI operation resistance increases, which would increase the energy consumption. The removal ratios of Na+, Cl-, SO42- are slightly decreased, but still meets the requirements of NPP operation.
