Analysis and Solution of Oil Spilling Problem of 18PA6B Diesel Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 应急柴油机作为核电站应急安全电源与核安全直接相关。国内外核电站广泛使用18PA6B型应急柴油机,每台柴油机至少配备有一个日用油罐。近年来,国内多个在建核电站的18PA6B型应急柴油机在调试时都发生过日用油罐溢油事件,存在安全隐患,影响项目热试进度。本文以某项目18PA6B型应急柴油机调试时日用油罐溢油事件为例进行了根本原因分析,并提出了针对性的解决措施。

     

    Abstract: As an emergency safety power source for nuclear power plants,emergency diesel engines are directly related to nuclear safety. 18 PA6 B emergency diesel engines are widely used in nuclear power plants at home and abroad,and each diesel unit is equipped with at least one daily oil tank. In recent years,the 18 PA6 B emergency diesel engines of many domestic nuclear power plants under construction have experienced daily oil tank spills during commissioning,which has caused hidden fire hazards and affected the progress of the project’s hot trial. This article took the case of an oil spill from a daily oil tank during the commissioning of an 18 PA6 B emergency diesel engine as an example to analyze the root cause and proposes targeted solutions.
