Cause Analysis of the Stem Break of Condensate Control Valve and Improvement Measures

  • 摘要: 核电厂凝结水主调节阀作为关键敏感设备,阀门故障将引起机组功率扰动甚至停机停堆。本文结合某核电厂凝结水主调节阀阀杆断裂造成降功率事件,通过对事件的概述及从阀门长期存在振动高、定位销位置不合理等方面进行原因分析,针对性地提出优化措施并实施,为同类型电站的阀门故障排除和改进处理提供了有效参考。

     

    Abstract: As a SPV equipment,failures of condensate control valve in the nuclear power plant will cause power decrease or even reactor shutdown.This paper reviews the stem break of condensate control valve event and analyzes the reasons from the valve′s long-term high vibration and the unreasonable design of the locating pin.Correspondingly,optimization measures are proposed and implemented,which provides a reference for valve troubleshooting and improvement of the same type valve.
