燃料转运水下密封闸门设计研究

Design Study on the Fuel Transfer Tube Gate Valve

  • 摘要: 水下密封闸门是燃料转运装置的重要功能部件,为打破技术封锁,实现燃料转运装置整体国产化,水下密封闸门的研制势在必行。依据研制目标,完成了水下密封闸门整体结构设计、零部件功能设计及材料选取,并对其性能进行了试验验证。结果表明研制闸门性能稳定可靠,设计、材料等关键核心技术自主可控,达到了国际先进水平。

     

    Abstract: The gate valve is an important functional part of the fuel Transfer system. In order to break the technical blockade and realize the whole localization of the fuel transfer system, the scientific study and manufacture of the gate valve is imperative. According to the objectives, the overall structure design, component function design and material selection are completed, and the performance tests are carried out. The results show that the performance of the gate valve are stable and reliable, and the key technologies of design and material are controllable independently, reaching the international advanced level.
