分体式导波雷达液位计测量组件抗震方法研究

Study on the Seismic Method for the Liquid Level Meter Measuring Module of the Split Guided Wave Radar

  • 摘要: 通过对某型号分体式导波雷达液位计测量组件结构的数学模型进行模态分析、静力分析和反应谱分析,得到了测量组件在各载荷工况下的位移和应力结果,并对螺栓的拉伸应力和剪切应力进行了校核。计算结果表明,测量组件结构满足规范和技术要求。

     

    Abstract: Through the modal analysis, static analysis and response spectrum analysis of the mathematical model of a certain model of the liquid level meter measuring module of the split guided radar, the displacement and stress results of the measurement module under various load conditions are obtained, the tensile stress and shear stress of the bolts are checked. The calculation results show that the structure of the measuring module meets the standards and technical specifications requirements.
