  • 摘要: 针对核电厂机组投运后硼表系统工控机异常重启事件,通过搭建特定的硼表工控机最小系统复现故障的方式分析出了工控机重启原因,提出升级硼表软件和改造偏差报警实现方式两种消除工控机异常重启的方案,并对两种方案的优劣进行总结分析。该方案已在两核电项目机组上实施,经运行验证有效,可为后续装备了同类型硼表工控机的核电项目提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Based on the abnormal restart event of the industrial computer of the boron meter system after operation of the nuclear power plant, the reason for the restart of the industrial computer is analyzed by building the minimum system recurrence fault for a specific boron meter industrial computer, and the upgrade of the boron meter software and the modification of the deviation alarm are proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes to eliminate the abnormal restart of the industrial computer are summarized and analyzed. The scheme has been implemented on the nuclear power projects A and B of China General Nuclear Power Group. It has been verified to be effective after operation, and can provide reference for subsequent nuclear power projects equipped with the same type of boron meter industrial computer.
