Cause Analysis and Treatment for Insufficient Water Supply of the Main Feedwater By-pass Control Valve

  • 摘要: 某核电厂1号机组执行役前调试试验过程中,出现主给水流量控制系统旁路调节阀供水能力不足问题。文章结合给水流量控制原理以及实际阀门特性分析了供水能力不足的根本原因,提出了分段修改函数控制器参数的改进方法。最终试验表明该方法有效解决了阀门供水流量不足问题,使得给水流量满足蒸汽发生器二次侧的需求。

     

    Abstract: During the commissioning test of Unit 1 of certain nuclear power plant, the problem of insufficient water supply capacity of the bypass control valve of the main feedwater flow control system appeared. Combining with the principle of the feed water flow control and the characteristics of actual valves, this essay analyzes the root cause of this problem, and puts forward an improved method of modifying the parameters of the function controller by sections. The final test shows that the method can effectively solve the problem of insufficient water supply capacity,and make the water supply flow meet the demand of the secondary side of the steam generator.
