“华龙一号”防护厂房屋面施工方案设计

Construction Scheme Design for the Roof of HPR1000 Shield Building

  • 摘要: "华龙一号"设计中需考虑商用大飞机撞击的工况,并采用外层安全壳和防护厂房对核岛厂房进行防护;防护厂房屋面是典型的大跨、悬空、厚板结构,施工中存在施工荷载大、跨度大、缺少施工平台等技术难题。本文根据其结构及受力特点提出了满堂脚手架、预制混凝土梁、钢梁、分层浇注等方案,并从安全性、技术难度、工期及费用等方面进行方案比选,确定采用分层浇注的施工方案。在此基础上,详细介绍了分层浇注方案的设计原则与要点、设计方法、过程及结果,并提出相应的施工技术要求;解决了防护厂房屋面施工中存在的难题,可为核电、核化工及其他行业的大跨度悬空厚板结构的施工提供参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: HPR1000 is designed to resist the impact of large commercial aircraft,the outer containment and shield building are used to protect the reactor building,fuel building and electric building. As a typical high suspended long-span heavy concrete structure,there is much difficulties in the roof construction of the shield building,such as large construction load,long-span,without reliable construction platform and so on. According to its structural and mechanical characteristics,several construction schemes are proposed,full-hall scaffold,pre-casted concrete beams,steel beams and layered pouring method. Then,layered pouring method was used in the project,after scheme comparisons considering the construction safety,difficulties,period,and cost,etc. After that,design of layered pouring scheme is introduced thoroughly,mainly on the design principle and method,design content,and results. Also,the construction technical requirements are proposed. The construction difficulties are solved using concrete layered pouring scheme,and the shield building roof has been successfully constructed. Additionally,the layered pouring scheme may be referenced by construction of such high suspended,long-span and heavy concrete structures in the following-up nuclear power plants,nuclear chemical industry,and also other industries.
