基于状态数据和失效数据融合的RUL预测技术研究——以核电厂上充泵为例

Study on the RUL Prediction Technology Based on the Fusion of Status Data and the Failure Data——a Case of the Charging Pump in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 本文提出一种基于状态数据和失效数据融合的RUL预测技术研究,以核电厂上充泵滚动轴承部件为试验对象,开展RUL预测。文章论证了基于韦布尔比例协变量模型的设备部件寿命预测技术理论可行性,并实现了对上充泵滚动轴承RUL的准确预测,为RUL预测在核电厂中落地应用提供可行的思路。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a RUL prediction technology based on the fusion of the state data and the failure data is proposed. The RUL prediction is carried out with the rolling bearing components of the charging pump of nuclear power plant as the case of test.This paper demonstrates that the life prediction technology of equipment components based on the Weibull proportional covariate model can accurately predict the RUL of the rolling bearing of the charging pump, and provides a feasible idea for the application of the RUL prediction in nuclear power plant.
