核安全级(1E)铂电阻温度计及组件自主化研制

Independent Development of Class 1E Platinum Resistance Temperature Detector

  • 摘要: 依托自主三代核电"华龙一号"技术需求,中广核工程有限公司联合重庆材料研究院有限公司成功开发了主回路直接测温仪表及组件工程样机,通过了三代核电环境条件的质量鉴定试验,实现产品供货。研制过程中解决了关键材料、总体结构、加工工艺、试验验证及性能评价等技术难题。

     

    Abstract: Relying on the technical requirements of the independent third-generation nuclear power HPR1000, China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., CGN, and Chongqing Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd. successfully developed the primary circuit temperature measuring detector and component engineering prototype, and passed the quality appraisal test of the third-generation nuclear power environmental conditions and realized the product supply. During the development process, technical problems such as key materials, overall structure, manufacturing technology, test verification and performance evaluation were solved.
