船用堆核安全在线支持系统的开发研究

Development and Study on the On-line Nuclear Safety Support System for Marine Reactor

  • 摘要: 鉴于船用核动力系统运行工况复杂,工程安全设施相对简单,运行安全支持手段有限,对操纵员依赖性大的现实问题,基于反应堆特征状态参数的正确感知→反应堆运行安全状态的准确判断→异常状态干预处置指导的逻辑流程研究开发了一套核安全在线支持系统。系统依据操纵员的实际需求,综合运用了模块化、模拟分析、推理机、神经网络等多种关键技术,设计了装置的状态检测与报警优化,反应堆特征参数重构分析,运行事件智能诊断,事故状态安全裕量评估,事故状态堆芯损伤评价,事故状态辐射后果预测六个常用功能模块,可独立部署在核动力舰船上,实时为船用堆运行操纵人员提供各类信息和技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In view of marine nuclear power system with complex operating modes, relatively simple engineering safety facility, finite operation safety support measure and vital dependence on operators, an on-line nuclear safety support system was studied and developed based on the logic flow of correctly sensing for parameters of nuclear reactor characteristic state→exact judgment for reactor operation state→intervening and treatment for abnormal state. Based on the application requirement of reactor operator, several technology strategies were integrated,such as modeling, simulation analysis, inference engine model, and artificial neural network, to design the system function framework, which included 6 important function modules,involving optimization of nuclear power plant operation state monitoring and alarm analysis, reconstruction of reactor characteristic parameters, intelligent diagnosis of reactor operation event, safety margin assessment for accident conditions, evaluation for reactor core damage and forecasting for radiation consequence. The system could be deployed on nuclear powered vessels independently, to provide marine reactor operator with various kinds of information and technology supports.
