The Reliability Qualification Test and Evaluation of the Special Motor Driver for the Control Rod Drive Mechanism

  • 摘要: 控制棒驱动机构专用电机驱动器是重要驱动控制设备,可靠性指标较高。在分析其失效机理后,根据阿伦尼斯模型,提出了单应力水平加速寿命试验方案,并与提前评定方案相结合,给出了评估方法。针对某控制棒驱动机构专用电机驱动器进行了可靠性鉴定试验,并对试验数据进行可靠性评估,评估结果远超过指标要求。该试验方案和评估方法可用于指导一般核电产品。

     

    Abstract: The special motor driver of the control rod drive mechanism is an important driving and control equipment with high reliability index. After analyzing the failure mechanism, according to the Arrhenius model, a single stress level accelerated life test scheme is proposed, and the evaluation method is given combining with the early evaluation scheme. The reliability qualification test of a special motor driver of the control rod drive mechanism was carried out, and the reliability of the test data was evaluated. The evaluation results far exceed the requirements of the index. The test scheme and evaluation method can be used to guide general nuclear power products.
