AP1000型燃料组件水平放置对格架弹簧影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of AP1000 Fuel Assembly Horizontal Placement on the Grid Spring

  • 摘要: 核电厂建设的工期延误和组件制造厂的燃料组件存贮场地不足,不能按期交付的首炉燃料组件被迫存放在组件运输容器内水平放置,有的燃料组件在运输容器内水平放置时间约1年以上。针对燃料组件在运输容器内长期水平放置是否对组件格架弹簧的力学特性有影响,以AP1000型燃料组件为例,对格架弹簧进行了力学特性影响分析。分析认为,燃料组件在运输容器内长期水平放置,对格架弹簧本身影响较小;燃料组件改为竖直放置后,格架弹簧在力学特性上能够完全恢复原状。

     

    Abstract: Due to delays in the construction of nuclear power plant and insufficient fuel assembly storage space in the assembly manufacturing plant,the first fuel assemblies which cannot be delivered as scheduled are forced to be placed horizontally in the shipping container. Some fuel assemblies have been placed horizontally in the shipping container for more than one year. In view of whether the long-term horizontal placement of the fuel assembly in the shipping container will affect the mechanical characteristics of the grid spring,taking the AP1000 fuel assembly as an example,the mechanical characteristics of the grid spring are analyzed. The analysis shows that the long-term horizontal placement of the fuel assembly in the shipping container has little influence on the grid spring itself. When the fuel assembly is placed vertically,the grid spring can be completely restored to the original state in terms of mechanical characteristics.
