Abstract:
The energy consumption of special equipment for isotope production is an important index to measure its physical characteristics during operation, which directly affects the physical properties and economy of its production. Special equipment for isotope production may form rough surfaces inside it during processing and operation. In order to study the influence of this rough surface on the production and find out the mechanism of influence and the methods of adjustment and recovery, the variation caused by the rough surface is analyzed(temperature and flow state). Then by solving the N-S equation, the variation of the fluctuating velocity is solved by iteration, which ensures that the solution can reflect the influence of the rough surface more comprehensively. It defies the assumption that the rough surface has no influence on the flow field when the fluctuating velocity is assumed to be fixed or zero. The pulsating velocity is substituted into the process of calculating the power consumption of special equipment for isotope production, and the power consumption change caused by the change of flow state is observed. It is found that the power consumption of special equipment for isotope production is reduced due to the decrease of pulsating velocity. According to the study, the change of the power loss can be forecasted, and the control method can be put forward. The power loss can be controlled by adjusting the flow state of the isotope production equipment.
