某M310机组电子化事故规程的开发与应用研究

The Development and Application of Computer based Emergency Operation Procedure System on M310 NPP

  • 摘要: 在调研国内外压水堆核电厂电子化规程(CBP)的基础上,针对M310机组的模拟主控室特性,开发了一套适用于M310机组的电子化事故规程系统。本文阐述了CBP系统开发的一般方法,并结合事故规程案例,介绍了电子化事故规程系统在M310机组的应用。通过VACP多资源任务分析模型评价,开发的电子化系统比纸质规程总分值降低11.0%。研究表明该系统可以有效降低操纵员注意力资源消耗,提升运行团队人员绩效。

     

    Abstract: With the investigation on the computer based procedure(CBP) system for international and domestic PWR nuclear power plants, a computer based emergency operation procedure system had been developed for M310 NPP, depending on the characteristics of analog MCR in M310 NPP.This paper addresses the general method of the CBP system and presents the application of CBP system in the case of a M310 NPP. Based on the evaluation of the visual auditory cognitive psychomotor(VACP) human factor model, it is found that the total value of the CBP system is 11.0%lower than that of paper documents. The study indicates the CBP system can effectively reduce the occupancy of operators’ attention, and thus improve the human performance.
