基于二级PSA的应急设施可居留性评价研究

Study on Emergency Facility Habitability Analysis Based on Level 2 PSA

  • 摘要: 当前应急设施可居留性评价越来越多地使用二级PSA释放类源项,但是释放类源项如何选取,法规标准并无明确的规定,业界的实践也尚未统一。本文调研了先进三代堆应急设施可居留性的源项选取方法,提出了基于二级PSA释放类选取应急设施可居留性评价中严重事故源项的方法和流程。以某先进压水堆核电厂应急指挥中心为研究对象,利用本文提出的方法给出了4种不同的源项选取方案,计算了应急指挥中心工作人员的有效剂量。通过绩效评估方法,推荐了2种优选的二级PSA释放类选取方案,为应急设施可居留性评价中严重事故源项选取提供指导。

     

    Abstract: At present, Level 2 PSA release category source terms are used more and more in the emergency facility habitability analysis, but there are no clear guidance from regulations and standards on how to select the release categories(RCs) source terms, and the practice of the industry is not unified.This paper investigates the source term selection method of the emergency facility habitability analysis of the advanced generation Ⅲ reactors in the world, and puts forward the method and process of selecting the source term of severe accidents in the emergency facility habitability analysis based on the Level 2 PSA release categories. Taking the emergency command center of an advanced PWR nuclear power plant as the object to study, four different source term selection schemes are given by using the method proposed in this paper, and the effective dose of the staff in the emergency command center is calculated. Through the performance evaluation method, two optimal selection schemes of Level 2 PSA release categories are recommended, which provide guidance for the selection of severe accident source terms in the emergency facility habitability analysis.
