Abstract: In order to establish the identification method and criteria of human error traps in procedures, and to find out the human error traps and improve the quality of procedures of nuclear power plant, this paper sorts out the framework and studies the basic development principles of procedures, formulates the identification method and criteria of human error traps combined with the data of human error traps, and tests the method and criteria using the procedures. The results show that the method and criteria established can guide the identification work of human error traps in procedures, and the revision suggestions proposed based on the criteria could improve the definition of procedures. So the method and identification criteria of human error traps could be used to guide the identification work of human error traps in procedures of nuclear power plant.
