Analysis and Treatment of High Differential Pressure Problem in the Heat Exchanger of Important Service Water System of NPP

  • 摘要: 本文对国内某核电厂3号机组SEC系统板式换热器换型后出现的冷却侧压差高问题进行了分析研究,通过构建SEC系统设计流量要求及边界条件与换热器流动阻力系数的关系,分析了换热器压差高问题对于SEC系统运行的影响。最终采用增加板片数量和调整板型构成的方法成功解决了该问题,从根本上消除了换型后板式换热器存在的不足,有效保障了SEC系统长期运行的可靠性与安全性,同时也为其他核电项目板式换热器国产化后类似问题的处理提供了宝贵的经验。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the high differential pressure problem on the cooling side of the SEC plate heat exchanger of unit 3 in a nuclear power plant is introduced. By constructing the relationship between the design flow requirements and boundary conditions of the SEC system and the flow resistance coefficient of the heat exchanger, the influence of high differential pressure on the SEC system operation is analyzed. Finally, this problem was successfully solved by increasing the number of plates and adjusting the plate type composition. This method fundamentally eliminated the shortcomings of the plate heat exchanger. It also effectively guaranteed the reliability and safety of the SEC system in long-term operation.Furthermore, relevant experience is valuable for dealing with similar problems of plate heat exchangers in other nuclear power projects.
