海洋工况下海洋小堆热工水力特性分析

Analysis of Thermal and Hydraulic Characteristics of a Small Marine Reactor under Ocean Conditions

  • 摘要: 海洋的开发,对核能有很大的需求空间。相较于陆基堆,海洋小堆在堆形的结构设计、设备及系统布置等,有着不同的特征。为适应船舶舱室与海洋环境,本文参照某型模块化小堆的主要设备结构和系统布置,得到一种改进后的海洋一体化小堆设计方案和设计参数。使用添加了海洋工况计算模块的RELAP5软件,对其中一个设计方案,引入海洋工况;通过和船舶设计单位的深度合作,得知其在产品生产设计中重点关注的摇摆及倾斜工况:一般设计角度:22.5°以及极限设计角度:45°等。在强迫循环及RELAP5稳态卡中暂未加入控制模块的情形下,根据模拟结果,观察和分析关键热工水力参数的运行特性。

     

    Abstract: The development of the ocean has a great demand for the application of nuclear energy. The structure design,equipment and system layout of the small marine reactor are different from those of the land-based reactor. In order to adapt to the ship cabin and marine environment,this paper takes the main equipment structure and system of a modular small reactor as a reference,to obtain an improved design scheme and design parameters of the marine integrated small reactor. Using the software RELAP5,which is modified by adding the calculation module of the ocean condition,to introduce the ocean condition into one of the design schemes. And through deep cooperation with the ship designer,we can get the swing and incline conditions that the ship designer focuses on in the production design,the general design angle:22.5° and the ultimate design angle:45°. Under the condition that the control module is not added to the forced circulation and the steady state,the operation characteristics of the key thermal and hydraulic parameters are observed and analyzed according to the simulation results.
