Characteristics and Treatment of the Organic-chlorine Pollution in the Refinement System of Nuclear Power Plants

  • 摘要: 精处理系统用于去除核电厂二回路水中的杂质,普遍采用前置氢型阳床+混床的流程,当前置阳床失效后,需要用工业盐酸进行再生。根据田湾核电厂二号机组发生的精处理系统强酸性阳树脂被工业盐酸中含氯有机物(简称有机氯)污染,导致核电厂蒸汽发生器水质偏离的情况,分析了有机氯污染的排查方法及有机氯污染时的水质特征,提出了有机氯定性检测方法和有机氯污染后的处理措施。

     

    Abstract: The flow path of the pre-site hydrogen cation bed combined with the mixed bed is generally applied in the fine treatment system to remove impurities in the second circuit of nuclear power plant. On the failure of the cation bed, it is necessary to regenerate with industrial hydrochloric acid. The deviation of the water quality of the steam generator of the power plant occurred in Unit 2 of Tianwan NPP resulting from the pollution of highly acidic positive resin in the fine treatment system. By analyzing the screening methods and the water quality characteristics of the organic-chlorine pollution, the qualitative detection method of organic-chlorine and the treatment measures after the organic-chlorine pollution were proposed.
