“华龙一号”一回路水压试验压力系数的选取

Selection of Hydraulic Pressure Coefficients of the CFT for the Primary Circuit of HPR1000

    摘要
  • 摘要: 一回路水压试验是以一个合适的试验压力,对一回路主系统及其有关辅助系统的高压部分进行强度性水压试验。本文从"华龙一号"核电机组的建造规范、设备资料、国家标准及工程实践等方面对一回路水压试验的试验压力系数进行综合对比分析,最终确定选取试验压力为1.3倍设计压力作为"华龙一号"的一回路水压试验压力系数。

     

    Abstract: The CFT for the the primary circuit is to test the strength of the high-pressure part of the primary circuit system and related auxiliary systems with a suitable test pressure. In this paper, the hydraulic pressure coefficients of CFT are comprehensively compared and analyzed from the aspects of construction specifications, equipment data, national standards and engineering practice of HPR1000. Finally, the coefficients of CFT suitable for HPR1000 are determined.
