Study on the Coiler Bending Process of the High Temperature Sampling Cooler in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 分析了高温取样冷却器蛇管的验收要求,通过合理设计弯曲和消应力热处理工艺,有效控制蛇管弯曲和消应力产生的回弹现象,评定件的各项检验试验指标合格,获得满足尺寸精度要求的蛇管,消应力热处理能有效消除冷弯变成产生的残余应力,对材料性能及组织基本无影响。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the acceptance requirements for coiler bending of the high temperature sampling cooler, The rebound phenomenon is controlled as far as possible by reasonable design bending and stress relief heat treatment process. All inspection and test indexes of the evaluated parts are qualified, and the snake tube meeting the requirements of dimensional accuracy is obtained. Stress relief heat treatment can effectively eliminate the residual stress caused by cold bending. It has no effect on material properties and microstructure.
