核级减压阀国产化研发关键技术

Key Technologies for Localization R&D of Nuclear Grade Pressure Reducing Valve

  • 摘要: 目前我国AP1000堆型用主控室通风系统的核级减压阀均为进口,为打破国外技术垄断,形成自有知识产权,开展了针对CAP1400堆型该阀门的国产化研发工作。提出了该阀门的研发技术要求,介绍了该阀门的结构特点,并从结构设计、材料选择、密封性能、加工工艺、无损检验以及鉴定试验等多方面阐明研发技术要点及关注重点。鉴定试验结果表明该阀门的结构设计完全满足技术性能要求,国产化研发得以实现,为后续阀门的设计研发工作提供了良好借鉴。

     

    Abstract: At present, the nuclear grade pressure reducing valve of AP1000 used in the ventilation system of the main control room is imported. In order to break the foreign technical monopoly and form its own intellectual property, the domestic R&D on the valve for CAP1400 has been carried out. This paper puts forward the R&D technical requirements, introduces the structural characteristics, and expounds the key points and focus from the aspects of structural design, material selection, sealing performance,processing technology, nondestructive inspection and identification test. The identification test results show that the structural design of the valve fully meets the technical performance requirements, the localization R&D is realized, which provides a good reference for the subsequent design.
