双碳目标下我国核电发展趋势分析

Analysis on the Development Trend of Nuclear Energy in China under the Dual Carbon Target

  • 摘要: 核电具备能量密度高、单机功率大、可长期稳定运行等突出优势,适用于承担大型电网基负荷,能够大规模替代化石能源,是全球大国应对气候变化和能源结构低碳化转型的最现实选择,也是我国实现"双碳目标"的必然选择。与其他能源相比,核电有其特殊性,尤其是安全性和可靠性,给核电的大规模发展带来了诸多不确定性。本文从面向国家重大需求角度出发,分析"双碳目标"下我国核电的发展趋势、面临的主要问题与挑战,为我国核电的可持续发展提供参考建议。

     

    Abstract: Nuclear Power Plants( NPPs) have the outstanding advantages of high energy density,high single unit power,long-term stable operation et al. It is suitable for undertaking large-scale power grid base load,and can replace fossil energy on a large scale.It is not only the most realistic choice for global powers to deal with climate change and low-carbon energy structure transformation, but also the inevitable choice for China to achieve the “dual carbon target”.Compared with other energy sources,nuclear power has its particularity,especially safety and reliability,which brings a lot of uncertainty to the large-scale development of nuclear power.From the perspective of facing the major national needs,this paper analyzes the development trend,main problems and challenges of China’s nuclear power under the dual carbon target,so as to provide reference and suggestions for the sustainable development of China’s nuclear power.
