“华龙一号”安全壳旁通合理性研究

摘要: 核电厂安全壳旁通泄漏份额是计算放射性物质向环境释放量的重要参数,直接影响事故后果评价的结果。旁通份额取值的合理与否,关系非居住区、规划限制区和应急计划区划分的合理性,是安全分析与环境影响评价审查的重点。为深化"华龙一号"核电机型的核安全和辐射防护设计,通过与二代加改进型核电机组调试实验类比,以及分析不同安全壳旁通份额取值对事故向环境释放源项和剂量后果的影响程度,探讨旁通份额取值为10%的合理性。结果证明,安全壳旁通份额对事故源项的影响不可忽视,但对场外剂量后果的影响并不明显;"华龙一号"核电机型内壳旁通份额取值为10%,不仅能包络类比实验结果,同时能有效反映旁通泄漏途径对场外后果的贡献,在工程应用上具有合理性。Abstract: As an important parameter for the calculation of the radioactive source term released to the environment, the value of containment bypass leakage of nuclear power plant shall directly affect the result of accident consequence assessment. The reasonableness of the bypass value is related to the rationality of the division for the exclusion area, the low population zone and the emergency planning zone. Therefore, it is focused in the review of the safety analysis and environmental impact assessment. For enhancing the nuclear safety and radiation protection design of HPR1000, the value of 10% of the primary containment bypass was discussed from two aspects. One of them is an analogy with related M310+ experiment data. The other is the influence analysis of different bypass values on the accident source term and consequences. The results proved that the influence of containment bypass on the accident source term cannot be ignored, but its impact on the off-site dose consequences is not obvious. The value of 10% of the primary containment bypass for HPR1000 is able to envelope the experiment data and effectively reflect the contribution of bypass leakage to the off-site dose consequence. It is considered reasonable in the engineering application of HPR1000.
