±800kV直流高压套管吊装

± 800kV DC high voltage bushing hoisting

  • 摘要: ±800kV新松换流站极1、极2高端阀厅各有一只±800kV直流高压套管,为德国HSP公司生产。直流套管全长21.35m,重达9.8t,阀厅户外侧受风面积约11.5㎡,需安装固定在与水平线呈10°夹角的穿墙套板上。该型套管不管是长度、重量、设备价值等均超过同类设备,且套管需安装在世界首次采用的抗震阻尼装置框架内。所以具有起吊重量重、结构复杂、安装难度大、吊装风险高等特点,本文完整呈现了该型套管的吊装全流程及安全风险管控措施。

     

    Abstract: There is a ± 800kV DC high-voltage bushing in the high-end valve hall of pole 1 and pole 2 of ± 800kV Xinsong converter station, which is produced by German HSP company. The DC bushing has a total length of 21.35m and weighs 9.8t. The outdoor side of the valve hall has a wind area of about 11.5 ㎡. It needs to be installed and fixed on the through wall bushing plate at an angle of 10 ° with the horizontal line. The length, weight and equipment value of this type of casing are higher than those of similar equipment, and the casing needs to be installed in the frame of the seismic damping device used for the first time in the world. Therefore, it has the characteristics of heavy lifting weight, complex structure, difficult installation and high lifting risk. This paper presents the whole lifting process and safety risk control measures of this type of casing.
