Abstract:
There is a ± 800kV DC high-voltage bushing in the high-end valve hall of pole 1 and pole 2 of ± 800kV Xinsong converter station, which is produced by German HSP company. The DC bushing has a total length of 21.35m and weighs 9.8t. The outdoor side of the valve hall has a wind area of about 11.5 ㎡. It needs to be installed and fixed on the through wall bushing plate at an angle of 10 ° with the horizontal line. The length, weight and equipment value of this type of casing are higher than those of similar equipment, and the casing needs to be installed in the frame of the seismic damping device used for the first time in the world. Therefore, it has the characteristics of heavy lifting weight, complex structure, difficult installation and high lifting risk. This paper presents the whole lifting process and safety risk control measures of this type of casing.
