变电站硬遥信核对风险分析与解决方法

  • 摘要: 变电站硬节点遥信是监视变电站运行状态的重要信息之一。为保证远动遥信点表正确性,在检修或验收工作遥信核对工作显得十分重要,并且遥信对点数量非常庞大,常规遥信对点使用一根短引线一端接于遥信正电一端接于目标端子的方法进行模拟,对点过程中的风险高,风险管控显得尤为重要。作业过程中一旦发生“误碰”等不安全行为,将直接影响用户的供电可靠性和电网安全稳定运行。为保障遥信核对过程安全可靠、快捷方便,本文介绍了一种遥信核对辅助装置的研制过程和应用效果。

     

    Abstract: Remote communication of substation hard node is one of the important information to monitor the operation status of substation. In order to ensure the correctness of the telecontrol telesignalling point table, it is very important to check the telesignalling in the maintenance or acceptance work, and the number of telesignalling point-to-point is very large. The conventional telesignalling point-to-point method uses a short lead, one end is connected to the telesignalling positive terminal, and the other end is connected to the target terminal, so the risk management and control in the process of point-to-point is particularly important. In the process of operation, once unsafe behaviors such as "accidental collision" occur, it will directly affect the power supply reliability of customers and the safe and stable operation of power grid. In order to ensure the safety, reliability, quickness and convenience of the remote signal checking process, this paper introduces the development process of a remote signal checking auxiliary device。
