10千伏开关柜故障实例分析及对策研究

Case Analysis and Countermeasure of 10kV Switch cabinet Failures

  • 摘要: 通过详细分析电力系统内一起10千伏开关柜故障原因,利用物联网、传感器、数据平台等技术手段在10千伏开关柜内装设无线传送机械特性传感器、无线温度传感器及无线传送摄像头等装置,对开关内部元件情况(位置、异物、绝缘、放电、发热变色等)进行在线监测,早期发现开关柜内部缺陷,避免故障发生。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the causes of one 10 kV switch cabinet failures in power system are analyzed in detail.Wireless transmission mechanical characteristic sensor, wireless temperature sensor and wireless transmission camera are installed in the 10 kV switch cabinet by means of Internet of Things, sensors, data platform and other technical means, and the internal components of the switch (position, foreign matter, insulation, discharge, heating and discoloration, etc.) are monitored online, so as to find the internal defects of the switch cabinet at an early stage and avoid failures.
