104规约报文遥信品质位异常的研究

Study on The Abnormal Quality Bit of IEC 104 Protocol Message

  • 摘要: 随着电力调控一体化的深入和网络通信技术的发展,IEC60870-5-104规约在电力系统的远动通信中占据了重要地位,其中遥信是调度自动化系统信息中重要组成部分。由于各个综合自动化厂家对IEC60870-5-104规约理解及参数设置的差异,造成了遥信上送错误或失败。本文基于一起上送调度主站的IEC 60870-5-104规约遥信报文品质位异常,导致线路保护装置告警、事件等变位遥信信息无法上送调度主站的事件,通过截取远动机的遥信报文进行分析,找出故障原因,并提出解决方案与可行性建议。

     

    Abstract: With the development of power regulation and control integration and network communication technology, the IEC60870-5-104 protocol occupies an important position in telecontrol communication of power system, among which remote communication is a very important part of dispatching automation system information. Different comprehensive automation manufacturers understand the difference of IEC60870-5-104 protocol, resulting in parameter setting difference will cause remote communication error or failure. This paper is based on the abnormal quality bit of the IEC 60870-5-104 protocol message of the outgoing dispatching main station , the variable remote message information cannot be sent to the dispatching main station,analyze the remote message with the remote motivation , find out the cause of the fault and put forward solutions and feasibility suggestions .
