除氧器乏汽在尿素水解工艺中的利用研究

Study on utilization of deaerator exhaust steam in urea hydrolysis process

  • 摘要: 望亭发电厂两台660MW机组的除氧器乏汽直接排至大气,不仅造成了大量的工质热能损失,也对环境产生一定的影响。如果能对这些乏汽进行回收利用,对电厂节能、节水及改善环境有很重大意义。现结合望亭发电厂液氨改尿素项目,对除氧器乏汽进行余热利用。

     

    Abstract: The exhaust steam from the deaerator of two 660MW units in Wangting power plant is directly discharged to the atmosphere, which not only causes a lot of heat loss of working medium, but also has a certain impact on the environment. If these exhaust steam can be recycled, it will be of great significance to energy saving, water saving and environmental improvement in power plants. Now, the waste heat of the exhaust steam of the deaerator is utilized in combination with the liquid ammonia to urea project of Wangting power plant.
