一体化电源基础模块智能测试系统研究及应用

Research and application of integrated power supply basic module testing system

  • 摘要: 交直流一体化电源作为未来智能变电站高效可控的站用电源管理系统,对智能变电站稳定运行起到极其重要作用。针对一体化电源充电模块和通信电源模块人工测试时间过长、测试效率较低,产品质量不能得到保证的弊端,本文在深入分析一体化电源充电模块和通信电源模块测试机理与人工测试流程的基础上,依据测试功能模块化,测试流程序列化的原则,提出了一体化电源各基础模块智能测试方案,并研发了一套智能测试系统。该系统实现了扫描模块二维码即启动测试的全过程智能控制。目前,智能测试系统已在南瑞继保常州智能产业园投入使用,试验结果表明该系统将一体化电源基础模块生产检测效率提升300%。

     

    Abstract: As an efficient and controllable station power management system for smart substations in the future, AC-DC integrated power supply plays an extremely important role in the stable operation of smart substations. Aiming at the disadvantages of long manual testing time, low test efficiency and unguaranteed product quality for the integrated power charging module and communication power module, this paper deeply analyzes the test mechanism and manual testing process of them. On the basis of the modularization of the test function and the serialization of the test process, the intelligent test scheme for each basic module of the integrated power supply is proposed, and a set of intelligent test system is developed. The system realizes the whole-process intelligent control of starting the test by scanning the QR code of the module. At present, the intelligent test system has been put into use in NREC Changzhou Intelligent Industrial Park. The test results show that the intelligent test system improves the test efficiency of the integrated power supply basic module by 300%.
