尿素水解反应器工作压力控制策略的研究与应用

Research and application of working pressure control strategy for urea hydrolysis reactor

  • 摘要: 本文以某火电厂为例,介绍尿素水解制氨系统,分析脱硝及水解反应器系统运行工况,通过各参数的分析、优化运行方式及调整水解器蒸汽调节阀自动,解决水解反应器压力波动大、运行稳定性差的问题,保障机组充足供氨量,控制环保数据超标。

     

    Abstract: Taking a thermal power plant as an example, this paper introduces the urea hydrolysis ammonia production system, analyzes the operating conditions of the denitration and hydrolysis reactor system, and solves the problems of large pressure fluctuation and poor operating stability of the hydrolysis reactor by analyzing various parameters, optimizing the operation mode and adjusting the automatic steam control valve of the hydrolysis reactor, so as to ensure the sufficient ammonia supply of the unit and control the environmental protection data exceeding the standard.
