墙式切圆燃烧锅炉水冷壁横向裂纹问题原因分析及应对策略探讨

Analysis on the Causes of Transverse Cracks in the Water Wall of the Wall-type Tangentially Fired Boiler and Discussion on the Countermeasures

  • 摘要: 在常态化参与深度调峰、低负荷、灵活性运行等新形势下,部分超临界、超超临界机组锅炉在实际运行过程中遇到水冷壁横向裂纹的共性问题,其中对于墙式切圆燃烧锅炉尤为突出,严重影响了机组安全稳定运行。文章结合墙式切圆燃烧锅炉的现场案例,对水冷壁横向裂纹问题的发生特性进行梳理分析,并结合文献梳理总结了造成水冷壁横向裂纹问题的主要原因,最后针对性探讨了水冷壁横向裂纹问题的应对策略。

     

    Abstract: Under the new situation of normalized participation in deep peak regulation, low load, and flexible operation, some supercritical and ultra-supercritical boilers encounter the common problem of transverse cracks in the water-cooled wall during actual operation. The boiler is particularly prominent, which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the unit. Combined with the field case of the wall-type tangentially fired boiler, this paper analyzes the occurrence characteristics of the transverse crack of the water wall, and summarizes the main reasons for the transverse crack of the water wall combined with the literature. Finally, the countermeasures to the problem of transverse cracks in the water wall are discussed in a targeted manner.
