火电厂烟气余热系统改造及运行分析

  • 摘要: 目前,随着城市经济的发展,呼和浩特市供热面积逐年增加,同时,由于市区内小型燃煤锅炉存在煤耗高、污染大等问题,正在逐步拆除,因此,为满足满足呼和浩特市区热用户的需求,最大限度的挖掘火电厂供热潜力,将我公司两台机组烟气余热系统进行升级改造,改造后不仅能充分回收烟气余热,同时,每天能降低厂用电约3000kWh,并解决烟气余热装置集汽问题,系统运行更加安全、稳定。

     

    Abstract: At present, with the development of the urban economy, the heating area of Hohhot has increased year by year. At the same time, the small coal-fired boilers in the urban area are being demolished gradually due to the problems of high coal consumption and heavy pollution. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of heat users in Hohhot, we will maximize the heating potential of thermal power plants and upgrade the flue gas waste heat system of two units of our company. After the transformation, we can not only fully recover the flue gas waste heat, At the same time, it can reduce the auxiliary power consumption by about 3000kwh every day, and solve the steam collection problem of the flue gas waste heat device, making the system operation safer and more stable.。
