基于操作箱继电器过热案例的分析与优化

Analysis and optimization of a case of reducing heat conduction of relay in operation box

  • 摘要: 继电保护装置操作箱回路设计中接有备用继电器,实际运行中长期带电可能导致继电器电阻过热而损坏操作箱回路,影响装置回路功能,甚至引发火灾。本文通过温度与电阻(功率)、电流和时间的仿真模型分析提出了备用继电器接入回路进行优化并给出了方案,达到了预定效果,此方法能够有效消除隐患,保障继电保护装置的正常运行,对于操作箱回路设计具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: There is a spare relay in the circuit design of the operating box of the relay protection device. Long-term live in actual operation may cause the relay resistance to overheat and damage the operating box circuit, which will affect the circuit function of the device and even cause fire. In this paper, through the simulation model analysis of temperature and resistance (power), current and time, the access loop of the standby relay is proposed to optimize and the scheme is given, and the predetermined effect is achieved. This method can effectively eliminate hidden dangers and ensure the normal operation of the relay protection device, which has guiding significance for the loop design of the operation box.
