极端气象条件下西电东送主网架防冰能力提升思考

Consideration on improving the anti-ice ability of the main grid of power transmission from west to East under extreme meteorological conditions

  • 摘要: 为进一步提升极端气象条件下西电东送主网架防冰能力,本文介绍了输电线路覆冰条件、类型及危害,对南方地区去冬今春产生的极端气象条件及对广东地区跨区域主网架造成的覆冰影响进行分析,重点研究微气象微地形地区覆冰情况,针对存在问题从设计阶段选线设防能力、运维阶段覆冰预测、监测、融冰能力及技术研究等方面提出提升建议。

     

    Abstract: In order to further improve the anti-icing ability of the main grid frame of west-east power transmission, this paper introduces the icing conditions, types and hazards of transmission lines, analyzes the extreme meteorological conditions generated in southern China last winter and spring and the impact of icing on the inter-regional main grid frame of Guangdong, and focuses on the anti-icing and anti-icing situation of micro-meteorological and micro-terrain areas. In view of the existing problems, the improvement suggestions are put forward from the aspects of line fortification capacity in the design stage, ice covering prediction, monitoring and ice melting capacity in the operation and maintenance stage.
